DON’T CONSUME CAFFEINE AFTER EVENINGS
Caffeine, which is found in Tea and Coffee, helps keep us awake and focussed. But when consumed late in the evenings, this can disturb our natural sleeping cycles. Ideally, we would advise you to not consume any caffeine drink up to 6 hours before bedtime.
AVOID SLEEPING IN DAY
Sleeping in the day disturbs your internal sleeping cycles. Sleeping for more than 30 minutes a day harms the sleep quality and physical health of the individual. So, if you have trouble sleeping at night, check how long you are sleeping in daytime.
DRINK WARM MILK
Take 1 cup of warm milk, and add Ghee, Dates, Cinnamon, and Turmeric Powder. Then before your bedtime, slowly drink this holy concoction. This will help you to drift in peaceful and deep sleep.
