Admission Process

The process begins with an OPD consultation where the doctor may recommend admission. Take the OPD slip to the reception, where staff will check room and therapy availability. The reception will guide you through room categories and charges. Fill out the pre-admission slip and consent form, either by the patient or a relative. Proceed to the billing counter to pay admission and bed charges and collect the receipt. Complete the admission file and obtain an attendant pass. The staff will escort you to your assigned room or ward. Upon arrival, submit the admission file to the staff. They will guide you regarding your services and treatment plan. Ensure to follow instructions provided for a smooth admission process.

Note: Patient should submit copy of Aadhar card, Driving license, Passport or any identity proof at the time of admission. All non Indians should submit copy of Passport and visa at the time of admission. Discharge day bed charges are applicable if discharged after 12 noon. Refund of money will be given after 7 days of discharge/ abscond of patient. Once admitted, you room or bed category cannot be degraded to lower rent. However upgradation is allowed if available. Currently few TPA services are available in the hospital, rest are in process. But reimbursement of all panchkarma treatment bills is paid by maximum offices. Patient has to do all reimbursement procedures by himself from the respective office. Penalty of Rs100/- per pass is applicable if patient or attendant failed to submit pass at the time of discharge.

Discharge process

The discharge process begins with the doctor issuing a discharge order or an outside referral. Following the staff nurse's instructions, patients must obtain clearance from the procedure room, laboratory, dispensary, and reception. The staff nurse will provide a billing sheet, which needs to be presented at the billing counter. Patients or their attendants must return any hospital-issued items and visitor or attendant passes. Any pending payments should be cleared, or in case of advance payments, a refund can be requested. After settling financial matters, the patient should collect the discharge summary along with dietary precautions and address any remaining doubts with the medical staff. Once everything is finalized, the patient is required to vacate the room.

Note: In case you need a medical ambulance to drop you at your door step, then contact at reception.
Guidelines for Panchkarma Patients:
Panchkarma will be done in presence of one attendant of same gender.
Panchkarma will be done by same gender therapist.
Patient has to arrange oils and medications, advised by doctor for panchkarma procedure.
Patient should not exposed to cold wind or directly lay down under fan, it is contraindicated.
Patient should bath in warm water and drink clean luke warm water.
Patient should strictly follow the diet advised by doctor.
Panchkarma rules are mentioned in every room, to be followed properly.

Delivery Facility at Ayurved Guru

Normal delivery is a natural process for age old eras. But from the last few years, due to commercial benefits the percentage of normal delivery dropped. Because it is time consuming and tired some. So in the name of facilities modern doctors prefer to do caesarean sections. Ayurveda advises patients to follow certain types of diet and life styles, which helps in normal delivery. For the last 27 years Ayurvedguru has delivered more than 7000 babies normally. More than 98 % of patients can deliver normally, if they are guided properly. Under the guidance of Dr. Poonam Virmani, Head of Stri and prasooti department of Ayurvedguru doing successful normal delivery. The main reason for this is love and affection towards patients, dedication to profession and faith in God's creation.

9. Rarely the patients are shifted for operation. Only due to complications like the big head size of the baby, mother is not able to tolerate delivery pains or any congenital complications.
