Admission Process
OPD consultation
Advised admission by Doctor
Go to Reception along with OPD slip in which admission is advised
Reception will check the availability of rooms and therapy
Reception will proceed for admission
Reception will guide you about room category and charges.
Fill up pre admission slip and admission consent
This should be filled by patient or relative.
Pay the admission and bed charges at billing counter and collect receipt
Fill the admission file and collect attendant pass
Staff will guide you and escort you to your room and bed
Get admitted to allocated ward or room
Submit admission file to staff
Staff will guide you for services or treatment advised for you.
Note: Patient should submit copy of Aadhar card, Driving license, Passport or any identity proof at the time of admission. All non Indians should submit copy of Passport and visa at the time of admission. Discharge day bed charges are applicable if discharged after 12 noon. Refund of money will be given after 7 days of discharge/ abscond of patient.
Once admitted, you room or bed category cannot be degraded to lower rent. However upgradation is allowed if available.
Currently few TPA services are available in the hospital, rest are in process. But reimbursement of all panchkarma treatment bills is paid by maximum offices. Patient has to do all reimbursement procedures by himself from the respective office.
Penalty of Rs100/- per pass is applicable if patient or attendant failed to submit pass at the time of discharge.
Discharge process
Discharge order or outside referral written by doctor
As per the instruction of Staff nurse, get clearance from procedure room, laboratory, dispensary, reception.
Get billing sheet from staff nurse.
Show billing sheet to billing counter
Submit visitor or attendant pass, items of hospital if taken for use
Clear the payments if remaining
or ask for refund in case of advance payment
Collect discharge summary and diet precautions
Clear your doubts if any
Now patient will vacate the room.
Note: In case you need a medical ambulance to drop you at your door step, then contact at reception.
Guidelines for Panchkarma Patients
Panchkarma will be done in presence of one attendant of same sex.
Panchkarma will be done by same sex therapist.
Patient has to arrange oils and medications, advised by doctor for panchkarma procedure.
Patient should not exposed to cold wind or directly lay down under fan, it is contraindicated.
Patient should bath in warm water and drink cean luke warm water.
Patient should strictly follow the diet advised by doctor.
Panchkarma rules are mentioned in every room, to be followed properly.
Panchkarma facilities

Guidelines for Patient attendant and visitors
Only one attendant is allowed with a patient will not be admitted to hospital without attendant.
Your family and friends are an important part of recovery process.
For your comfort, we allow your visitors to visit in visiting hours.
Visitors may be restricted as per patient’s medical condition
At the time of admission, you will get visitor or attendant card. Pl wears that care during hospital visit.
Children below 12 years are not allowed on patient’s floor.
Sanitize your hands before visiting to patient.
Use of mobile is strictly prohibited in operation areas like delivery room, panchkarma therapy rooms. If it is must to use your mobile then speak softly in approved area.
Ayurvedguru premises is under CCTV surveillance, any type of misconduct with any onewill be treated seriously.
