1. Eligibility
- Open to candidates who have passed BAMS in the current academic year from a recognized institution/university.
- Candidates must submit valid educational, internship, registration and identity documents as required.
2. Free Training
- No tuition or training fee will be charged to selected candidates.
- The programme does not include any salary, stipend or employment guarantee.
3. Refundable Security Deposit
- Selected candidates are required to deposit ₹50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) before joining.
- This amount is a refundable security deposit and not a training fee.
- The full security deposit will be refunded after successful completion of the one-year programme, subject to fulfillment of attendance, clinical training, assessment, discipline, documentation and other programme requirements.
- No interest will be payable on the security deposit.
- The security deposit may be wholly or partly forfeited as per the written training agreement in case of premature withdrawal, abandonment of training, serious misconduct, breach of confidentiality, intentional damage to institutional property or other serious violation of programme terms.
4. Duration & Training
The programme is for one year and may include:
- Panchakarma theory and principles
- Clinical case observation and assessment
- Supervised Panchakarma procedures
- Patient handling and counselling
- Clinical documentation and case records
- Hospital SOPs and professional practices
- Practical clinical exposure under qualified supervision
5. What Is NOT Included
The training programme is free of tuition/training charges only. The following expenses shall be borne entirely by the trainee:
- Food and diet expenses
- Accommodation/hostel expenses
- Travelling expenses
- Local transportation expenses
- Travel allowance / TA / DA
- Personal expenses
- Personal medical expenses, if any
- Personal books, stationery, clothing or other individual requirements
- Any other expenses not specifically stated as being provided by the institution
Vaidya AyurvedGuru Private Limited shall not be responsible for reimbursement of these expenses.
6. Attendance & Punctuality
- Regular attendance and punctuality are compulsory.
- Trainees must follow the assigned duty schedule and training timetable.
- Unauthorized or excessive absence may affect continuation and certificate eligibility.
7. Clinical Training & Patient Safety
- Clinical activities and Panchakarma procedures shall be performed only under appropriate supervision.
- Patient safety and professional conduct shall receive the highest priority.
- Trainees shall work within the scope permitted by the supervising physician and applicable professional requirements.
8. Patient Confidentiality
Trainees must maintain strict confidentiality of patient records, medical information, photographs, videos, treatment details and other personal or clinical information.
Patient information shall not be shared on social media or with any third party without proper authorization and consent.
9. Hospital Rules & Discipline
Trainees must follow all hospital policies, SOPs, infection-control procedures, hygiene standards, dress code, documentation requirements, safety protocols and instructions of faculty/supervisors.
Serious misconduct, indiscipline, harassment, falsification of records, breach of confidentiality or patient-safety violations may result in termination from the programme.
10. Leave
Leave must be obtained with prior approval from the Training Coordinator. Unauthorized or excessive absence may affect continuation and completion of the programme.
11. Assessment & Performance
Trainees may be assessed periodically on theoretical knowledge, clinical skills, Panchakarma procedures, patient handling, documentation, attendance and professional conduct.
Successful completion will be subject to satisfactory overall performance.
12. Certificate
A Certificate of Completion may be issued to trainees who successfully complete the one-year programme and fulfill the prescribed attendance, clinical, assessment and other programme requirements.
The certificate represents completion of institutional training and does not constitute a separate academic degree, postgraduate qualification or statutory professional registration.
13. Employment
Completion of the programme does not guarantee employment with Vaidya AyurvedGuru Private Limited or any other organization. Any future employment shall be subject to a separate selection process and employment terms.
14. Training Material
Training notes, SOPs, videos, case records, presentations and other institutional educational material are provided for training purposes only. Unauthorized copying, distribution, commercial use or sharing is prohibited.
15. Termination of Training
The institution may discontinue a trainee's participation for reasons including serious misconduct, repeated indiscipline, poor attendance, unsatisfactory performance, breach of confidentiality, patient-safety violations, submission of false documents or violation of programme terms.
16. Programme Changes
Vaidya AyurvedGuru Private Limited reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the training schedule, faculty, clinical rotations, curriculum, assessment methodology or other programme arrangements when required for academic, clinical, administrative or regulatory reasons.
17. Candidate Declaration
By accepting admission, the candidate confirms:
“I have read and understood the Terms & Conditions of the One-Year Free Panchakarma Training Programme. I understand that the training is free of tuition charges but requires a ₹50,000/- refundable security deposit. I also understand that food, accommodation, travelling, travel allowance and personal expenses are not included and shall be borne by me. I agree to complete the one-year programme and comply with all hospital rules, professional requirements, patient-safety protocols and training obligations.”
